Current state

The SaaS is in development with an MVP focused on portfolio management, tenant onboarding, rent/arrears workflows, maintenance and property-compliance tracking.

Overview

LetSuite targets independent letting agencies that often work across portals, spreadsheets, email and messaging. The product aims to centralise the day-to-day operating data behind properties, landlords, tenants, payments and compliance.

Problem

Small agencies can be caught between expensive enterprise property software and fragmented manual processes. That makes it easy to lose visibility over rent, maintenance requests, documentation and compliance dates.

My contribution

• Founded the product concept and own product strategy, architecture and development.
• Design the property, tenancy, landlord, tenant, rent and compliance data model.
• Build the Next.js/Laravel web SaaS and role-based portal experiences.
• Own payment, maintenance and compliance-reminder workflow design.

Technical approach

The system is being designed around a shared property/tenancy data model with separate agency, landlord and tenant views. Next.js provides the product interface, Laravel/MySQL power business workflows, Stripe supports payment- related capabilities and AWS is planned for deployment infrastructure.

Result

The product is in development. The MVP is intentionally focused on the operational areas that create the most repetitive work for independent agencies before expanding into a broader property-management suite.
