LetSuite is my lettings-agency SaaS. Independent UK agencies still juggle portals, spreadsheets, and landlord WhatsApps for rent chasing, gas certificates, and maintenance. I'm building one place for portfolio, tenancy, arrears, and compliance — with landlord and tenant portals so the agency isn't the bottleneck.
Web SaaS first. Same Laravel / Next.js craft I use on client platforms, pointed at a product I can sell on subscription.
Enterprise property software is priced for national chains. Small agencies either overpay or cobble tools together and lose track of EPC dates, deposit protection, and arrears.
Tenants email for everything. Landlords call for everything. The agency becomes a human API.
