Outcome

Delivered a live applicant-management platform that brings student onboarding and application tracking into one structured workflow.

Overview

Mem Connects supports international students applying to UK institutions. The platform was built to organise the journey from initial course exploration through application/document submission and consultant review.

Problem

Email-led onboarding created repeated follow-up, scattered documents and limited visibility into application progress. Both students and consultants needed one shared system for submissions and status updates.

My contribution

• Owned the end-to-end full-stack implementation and data structure.
• Built course/university matching and the multi-step application workflow.
• Developed secure document submission and consultant review tools.
• Implemented shared application-status visibility and responsive production UI.

Technical approach

Used Laravel/MySQL to keep student records, application data, document submissions and status information connected. The interface separates applicant tasks from consultant operations while keeping both sides aligned around the same application record.
