Overview

Mountenna Recruitment needed a single system for publishing vacancies, receiving candidate applications and managing candidate progress. The platform connects the public job-search experience directly with internal recruitment operations.

Problem

CVs and candidate updates were spread across email and manual records, making shortlisting and status communication harder to manage as recruitment activity increased.

My contribution

• Designed the core job, candidate and application data model.
• Built searchable job listings and the direct online application/CV upload flow.
• Developed the ATS dashboard for candidate tracking, categorisation and status updates.
• Implemented automated email notifications and secure document handling.

Technical approach

Used a single Laravel/PHP/MySQL application so public vacancy data and internal candidate workflows remain synchronised. Candidate applications create structured records that recruiters can review, update and communicate from one administrative environment.
