Overview
Stonebridge Legal Solutions previously relied on manual phone booking and had no dedicated website. The project created a complete digital foundation covering legal-service presentation, fixed-fee information, consultation booking and internal appointment management.
Problem
Phone-only booking created missed enquiries, scheduling conflicts and unnecessary administrative work. The firm also needed a professional online presence that communicated legal services and fees clearly enough to build trust before a client called.
My contribution
- Owned requirements discovery, system architecture and end-to-end full-stack delivery.
- Built the lawyer-availability and pre-booking workflow with automated client/lawyer confirmations.
- Developed the internal dashboard for appointments and client information.
- Structured service, fee and legal-content pages for clarity, search visibility and ongoing updates.
Technical approach
Separated the platform into a public legal-information layer and an operational booking layer. Laravel/MySQL handle service data, availability, bookings and management workflows, while the front end keeps the client journey simple and responsive.
