What this is

SetsFood is an in-house Sets Tech product that helps independent UK restaurants take table bookings online without commission fees. Guests book in under a minute with no account; restaurants confirm pending requests in one tap and emails go out automatically.

The problem I’m solving

Independent restaurants lose covers to phone-tag bookings, paper diaries, WhatsApp threads, and commission-heavy booking platforms.

• Private /book/{slug} booking URL per restaurant
• Guest booking with no account or app
• Pending → confirmed one-tap workflow
• Per-day opening hours, closed days, and daily booking caps
• Guest self-cancel links in confirmation emails
• Mobile-ready panel for bookings, reports, and setup
• CSV export for accounting and planning
